Packed with flavor, this sausage and beef chili is perfect for cozy days! Filled with spicy Italian sausage, basis beef, veggies, beans and beer, it'south difficult to crush. And it freezes beautifully. Dairy free and gluten complimentary options included.
Over the last few years, I have been searching for a chili recipe that both my husband and I would love.
I tin can't even count how many different versions I accept tried, from vegetarian chili to regular beef chili and everything in between. Seriously – nosotros've gone through a lot.
But none was ever quite right and one of us would end upward not really enjoying information technology.

I should also mention that this freezes incredibly well – I pulled another container out of my freezer to thaw out this week. We're excited to accept it again for tiffin very shortly.

Ingredients
For the chili:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium orangish bell pepper, chopped

- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage, casings removed
- ½ pound lean ground beef

- 3 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes

Instructions
